This is the first time that CHHRA own its website. It has been a challenging issue for us. We are trying to do our best to create our website in order to share as much as information about our work results.

CHHRA is undertaking a project called “Improving Health and Nutrition by Scaling up Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Towards Sustainable Behavior Change in Rural Communities“ for 3 years, from February 2014 to January 2017.

Overall Goal: Reduction of poverty and sustainable improvement of people’s health status in Oddar Meanchey, Cambodia.

Project target: Prevention and reduction of water related diseases as major causes of malnutrition among children < 5years by improving access to safe drinking water and sanitation as well as enhanced hygiene conditions. The project activity focus on several problem aspects of (1) access safe drinking water by constructing water storage (2) build and use latrines (3) improve home gardening (4) education on hygiene, sanitation and nutrition, and (5) work closely with commune leaders over the public health issues. We expect to reach the final 64,821 beneficiaries living in 121 villages of the 8 target communes in Oddar Meanchey Province.
